My wife and I stayed at the Premier Inn, Grantham, for just 2 nights very recently. We knew that, whilst still competitively priced, the charge for our room might have been significantly higher had we booked one or two days prior to our stay. However, we booked very early, and reaped the reward with a very low room rate, costing less than £100 for the 2 night stay. Our room was perfect. Clean, tidy, and nothing out of place or missing. Premier Inn heavily advertise their comfortable mattresses, and so too they are. We had a superbly comfortable two nights' sleep. If there was one thing that could have been improved, it was the towel rail in the bathroom. It would have been great if it could have been heated. The ladies at reception were very helpful and courteous throughout, and are an asset to the Brand. Thank you Premuer Inn, our stay was delightful, and we will returning again. Michael and Barbara
I had a lovely stay in Grantham for a business trip and was greeted by a super friendly receptionist who was really helpful with details about my stay and breakfast! I wanted to give Karen a massive shout out, she was so kind and always up for a chat especially after a long slogish day! Over the entire team were fabulous :)
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here at the hotel in Grantham. The ladies in reception and the cleaners were brilliant ,you all made my stay enjoyable. Having arrived late we were greeted by Ruth who was both welcoming and friendly. We had an issue with our room and she moved us immediately and was extremely helpful. Having stayed in many Permier Inns I have never experienced such excellent front of house service. All credit to Ruth and a great ambassador for the company. Thank you.

Convenient location for our journey although by a busy road. Room was clean and tidy. Staff were excellent and really helpful.
We really enjoyed our stay....couldn't ask for anything more. A comfy bed with a bathroom and tv in the room. Clean and tidy plus free parking for hotel customers so long as you enter your reg on arrival. Would definitely stay again.
Lovely and spaces rooms just lacks a mimi fridge for the refreshments . Staff on reception very welcoming and will take to to chat with you. Lovely food on the pub across the way of u take the meal deal . Staff in pub friendly and welcoming food is lovely would recommend the carvery and unlimited breakfast
